FP 20/30 D/E Reverse-Scan Sound Device

This combination reverse-scan sound device for FP 20 D, FP 30 D/E and similar projectors has been designed for reliable reproduction of Magenta and Cyan analog optical soundtracks and Dolby Digital soundtracks. Film laboratories have started producing prints with High Magenta or Cyan dye soundtracks instead of standard silver soundtracks. These soundtracks will not play back with standard incandescent exciter lamps.
