The FTU 35 Film Transfer Unit has been designed as an extension for Kinoton studio projectors, suitable as initial equipment as well as for retrofitting. Via an optical system, video pictures can be taken of the film by means of a CCD camera. The studio projector can be converted fast and easily from normal projection to transfer operation and vice versa.
